Citizen Watches ropes in Lintas Media Group for media mandate

Following a multi-agency pitch, Lintas Media Group has won the media duties for Citizen Watches.
Bangalore branch of Lintas will handle the business, estimated to be around Rs25crore. Lintas will handle the media duties across all platforms, including mass media, out-of-home, Internet and mobile.
The other agencies in fray for the account were Allied Media and Dentsu.
''We liked LMG's thought process,'' said Aditya Sengupta, marketing manager, Citizen Watches.
Hakuhodo Percept handles the creative duties of Citizen Watches.
Citizen Watches is one of the largest producers of watches. The brand name originated from a pocket watch named Citizen sold in 1924.
