Escotel, Federal Bank offer free mobile phone banking services

Kochi: Escotel Mobile Communications will provide free mobile phone banking services to savings bank and current accountholders of Federal Bank in Kerala.

The joint marketing initiative will popularise mobile banking service, already offered jointly by Federal Bank and Escotel.

As per the scheme, Federal Bank accountholders can go mobile with a new Escotel postpaid connection and avail of free activation, which means the customer can have a two-in-one connection with the convenience of a postpaid and prepaid cellular service.

This scheme is valid till 30 April 2003.
