Mumbai: GoodKnight, the flagship brand of Godrej Sara Lee Ltd.(GSLL) and a leading manufacturer of household insecticides has launched GoodKnight Turbo Timer, with an automatic switch off, which the company says is a first in the Indian market.
GoodKnight Turbo Timer is a unique liquid vaporiser machine with an in-built timer that switches off the vaporiser automatically after eight hours of use. The machine also has a toggle switch that can be used to set the machine on normal where the machine works like a normal vaporiser, for consumers who need longer hours of protection.
According to Vikas Hajela, vice president, marketing, GSLL, "Godrej SaraLee strives to offer innovative and cost-effective home insecticide products to consumers. We have found that generally a 45 Nights refill gets exhausted in just 30 days because consumers forget to switch off the machine in the morning, leading to wastage of the vaporiser liquid. The Turbo Timer ensures that it automatically switches off ensuring that it lasts longer and is cost effective to consumers."
Godrej Sara Lee Ltd., the world''s largest manufacturer of mosquito repellent mats, is a Sara Lee-Godrej JV company, with a 45 per cent share of the home insecticides market in India, for its three major brands, GoodKnight, Jet and Hit. GoodKnight is also available in South Africa, Middle East, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Egypt
