Manugistics tops customer satisfaction survey on logistics solutions

Hyderabad: Manugistics Group Inc. a leading global provider of synchronised supply chain and revenue management solutions, has announced that its transportation management and customer service for supply chain planning solutions received top marks in Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) magazine's annual industry rankings of leading supply chain management solutions.

Manugistics was one of only two companies to receive number one rankings in multiple categories.

For the fifth consecutive year, CGT surveyed executives from leading consumer goods (CG) organisations, as well as industry and financial analysts, to identify the year's top-performing solution providers. The editorial board, assembled by CGT, reviewed the responses of influential CG executives, and ranked technology solutions based on performance, usability, return on investment, total cost of ownership, technical support and compliance capabilities.
