Maples ESM Tech launches consortium consulting model

Chennai:The city-based Maples ESM Technologies, a consulting company focused on enterprise systems management (ESM), has launched its consortium consulting model (CCM). The new service model focuses on:
- Reducing the total cost of ownership [TCO] by 30 per cent
- Achieving better return on their IT investments (ROI), with guaranteed service-level agreements
- Reducing the capex and opex budgets
- Integrating organisation as a single entity instead of multiple islands
The consortium consulting model is based on central pool versus onsite pool of shared resources to manage multiple operating systems, databases and networks for medium and large organisations.
