Says Lakshminarayan: “In Bosch world, quality gets top most priority and quality does not remain only with the products. It has more relevance in the process which involves the quality of the people who are running the organisation.“
This certification is based on eight quality management principles: leading with customer focus, followed by leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
This certification will boost the confidence of the Indian customers and also have cascading effect by improving the quality of the process of the vendors to these departments. This was the first time that the packaging technology division has been certified.
MICO, a member of the Bosch group, Germany, is the largest manufacturer of diesel fuel injection equipment in India.
