Pankaj Patel declared 'best pharma man of the year' by FIIE

Ganesh Nayak, ED, Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd. receiving the FIIE Award on behalf of Pankaj R. Patel, CMD from Hon''ble Minister for Petroleum Shri Manishankar AiyarAhmedabad: Pankaj R Patel, chairman and managing director, Zydus Cadila, has been awarded the 'best pharma man of the year' by the Foundation of Indian Industry and Economists (FIIE) in recognition of his corporate leadership.

Union minister of petroleum and natural gas and panchayati raj Mani Shankar Aiyar presented the award at the inaugural session of the International Conference on Wealth Creation for Corporates held at New Delhi. Ganesh Nayak executive director, Zydus Cadila received the award on behalf of Pankaj Patel.

Starting with the turnover of Rs 2,500 million in 1995, the group posted a turnover of Rs 11.7 billion in 2003-04.
