Samsung launches Galaxy K Zoom camera phone on Flipkart

Samsung has launched its Galaxy K Zoom camera phone exclusively on Amazon India, after a similar move by Motorola to sell its whole range of phones via Flipkart in India. The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom would start shipping from 9 July priced Rs29,999, www.digit.in reported.
The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom comes with a 20.7 MP camera with a BSI sensor and a Xenon flash at the back. The device is basically an Android phone incorporating a digital camera at its back.
The phone's camera also features optical image stabilisation and 10x optical zoom and comes as a major update over last year's S4 Zoom from Samsung.
The Galaxy K Zoom is powered by a Hexa core Exynos processor and has 2GB of RAM. The phone has a 4.8 inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The phone would also support USB on the go and TV-out, to allow users to share their media faster via a data cable.
Samsung is giving away 50GB of Dropbox space for two years with every phone.
In addition there is trial storage from Bitcasa with 1TB of space for 3 months, as also some paid photography apps free for three months. Amazon India is also pitching to sweeten the deal by giving gifts worth Rs 6,000 with the smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is on offer in Charcoal black, Shimmering White and Electric Blue colours.
The device combines advanced digital camera technology with Samsung's Galaxy smartphone experience, The Indian Express reports.
