Schwing Stetter sets up India''s largest batching plant for IJM Corporation

Chennai: Ready-mix concrete machinery company, Schwing Stetter India Private Limited, has set up the country's largest commercial ready-mix concrete batching plant for the Malaysian construction company IJM Corporation Berhad, near Hyderabad. The plant has a capacity of 120 cubic metre / hour of ready-mix concrete.
Mah Teck Oon, director, industries division, IJM Corporation expressed optimism about the demand for ready-mix concrete in Hyderabad where several construction projects are on the anvil. IJM Corporation is also venturing into various commercial and infrastructure projects amounting to Rs1,000 crore.

The Malaysian company was involved in the construction of Mumbai-Pune expressway, th Chennai 'bypass road' and Tada-Nellore 'national highway 5' road projects.
