Toyota to recall 1.75 million vehicles globallyToyota is recalling 759,000 Toyota and Lexus sedans,  including 423,000 Lexus models in the US made between 2005 and 2010 over faulty fuel delivery pipes that could leak and raise fire risks.

It is also recalling 802,000 cars in Japan over potential fuel leaks and some models of Toyota Crown Majesta, Noah and Voxy models produced between June 2007 and 2012 over faulty brake installations, which could lead to crack and result in the brake fluid leaking.

Toyota said that it would replace a rubber seal ring in the brake master cylinder to prevent brake fluid from leaking and if the brake fluid has already leaked, it would replace the brake booster.

The Toyota City, Japan-based carmaker is also recalling more than 190,000 front-wheel drive Corolla Rumion and Auris models built between October 2006 and October 2014 to fix a defective fuel evaporative emission control unit.

The carmaker said that it was not aware of any crashes, injuries or fatalities caused by these defects, but did not say how much the latest recall would cost.

The latest recall is  the world's biggest automaker's fourth global recall involving more than one  million vehicles this year. The company has already issued recalls over software problems and faulty airbags.
