According to Virgin Mobile's chief marketing officer, Prasad Narasimhan, the choice of the two was based on their image of being fun-loving, which fitted the bill for the brand to build its identity through them.

Both Kapoor and D'Souza endorse a range of products with Kapoor endorsing Pepsi and Panasonic's Vierra range of flat screen TVs and home theatre systems, among others and D'Souza endorsing Cadbury Perk, Dabur Vatika and Fanta.
