Walmart India extends reach of online wholesale platform

Walmart India owns and operates B2B e-commerce platform with 20 best price modern wholesale stores in nine states, has extended the reach of its online wholesale platform to members in Zirakpur and Bhatinda in Punjab.
Walmart's e-commerce platform now operates seven best price stores in Lucknow, Hyderabad, Guntur, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Jalandhar and Ludhiana has added in Zirakpur and Bathinda.
With this launch, B2B e-commerce is now available in four out of the five best price modern wholesale stores in Punjab, Walmart India said in a statement.
''We are happy to announce the progress of our B2B e-commerce channel as we now launch the e-commerce platform in Zirakpur and Bathinda best price modern wholesale stores,'' Walmart India president and CEO Krish Iyer said.
Members of best price stores can now book orders and shop online, it added.
Walmart India is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the world's leading retailer Walmart Stores Inc.
