Brigade Corporation opens Chicago office to serve global clients

Chicago: Brigade Corporation, a global provider of business process outsourcing and customer relationship management solutions, has announced the opening of a Chicago office to be located in the suburb of Deerfield, Illinois.

Brigade Corporation chairman and chief executive officer Raymond E Bayley will be located in this office along with other Brigade senior management team members.

“Brigade is continuing to grow and expand our global service delivery system and it is important that we are able to easily serve our global clients and staff,“ says Bayley. “Opening an office in Chicago will allow us to have a presence in a strong outsourcing market, enhance our growth objectives, and support our ability to easily reach our North American multinational and global clients.“

The new Brigade Corporation Chicago area office will be located at 520 Lake Cook Road, Suite 115, Deerfield, Illinois, 60015. Brigade's lead investor is General Atlantic Partners, LLC, a global private equity investment firm focused exclusively on information technology, process outsourcing and communications.
