Mumbai: Concerto Software (www.concerto.com), a proven provider of customer interaction management (CIM) solutions, has announced that it has been named the 'Most Innovative CIM Solution Provider' by the readers of the Business Management Asia (BMA) magazine (www.gdsinternational.com).
"Concerto has captured a unique leadership position within the global CIM market — and in Asia Pacific specifically — as a result of the quality solutions and exceptional service we offer," says Concerto Software Asia Pacific vice-president Pramod Ratwani. "We are pleased to receive the Most Innovative CIM Solution Award, as it recognises Concerto's continuous effort to provide leading-edge contact centre technology that helps companies deliver premier customer service."
BMA's team of researchers in the UK, Australia and China carefully constructed the selection criteria for the Innovation Awards 2002. Companies from various industries, including e-business, business intelligence, customer relationship management, broadband, telecommunications, enterprise storage and corporate travel, were considered for nomination.
For the Innovation Awards 2002, BMA asked its readers, the largest technology end-users in the region, to nominate the most progressive and talented companies in four categories that reflect Asia's unique, hugely diverse industrial profile: technology application, marketing and branding, recruitment and resources and growth and expansion. Twenty-five regional, national and international companies were nominated in various categories, and Concerto was selected as Most Innovative CIM Solution Provider.
