Hyderabad: Godrej & Boyce subsidiary Godrej Appliances plans to launch 'Cool Zones' across 200 outlets, with a view to providing advice to consumers on air-conditioning machines.

Speaking at a press conference at the launch of the Navigator range of AC products, George Menezes, chief operating officer, said the initiative was not aimed at 'selling' Godrej AC products.

The consumer education initiative will have an AC Advisor at each of these zones who would answer all customer queries pertaining to air-conditioners, and provide advice on the machine best suited for their needs.
