15 Apr 2008
Mumbai: Budget carrier, GoAir, announced Monday that it was distributing free tickets for children (up to 12-years) across all sectors during the summer vacations. The scheme, it said, was part of its summer pricing strategy.
The special offer opened Monday, and the carrier said that passengers wishing to avail of the offer could start booking tickets of their children in the period 14-20 April.
These tickets are available across all sales channels of GoAir, an airline release said.
"Since summer vacation travel is a family phenomenon, we are enabling more families to travel with their kids without impacting their budgetary allocation. Families can now plan their holiday travel by taking advantage of our 'Kids Fly Free' offer," GoAir's chief executive officer, Edgardo Badiali said.
