Google forces alcohol website Groggle to change name

A David-vs-Goliath battle between internet giant Google and a beer-loving Brisbane, Australia, man has come to an end following a six-month legal tussle.
Cameron Collie intended to start a website to help people find cheap alcohol in their locality, but what happened after he decided to name his website Groggle Collie he would never have imagined.
In April, Collie received a cease-and-desist letter from Google's legal department through its lawyers in Melbourne.
Initially Collie thought Google would be reasonable and and would be able to convince the search engine that he had no plans to get into anything that Google was involved with.
After a hard and long battle with the search giant, Collie and the "Groggle" team have agreed to change the name of the website to "Drinkle".
Collie told ABC's Midday Report that the team tried to negotiate in different ways and assured Google that they were not going to venture into areas, other than what they intended, but it cut no ice with the company and the team had to finally give up.
