Hero Honda, the country's and so far the world's largest two-wheeler maker, will reveal a new brand identity for the post-Honda market.
Hero Honda will reveal its much-anticipated global brand identity in London on 9 August, as the first major step towards establishing an own image after severing ties with erstwhile Japanese promoter Honda.
"As a significant first step towards the company's transformation into a major global brand, we would be unveiling our new brand name and identity in London on August 9," the company said in a release.
Hero Honda had, in March this year, announced the appointment of global brand and innovation specialist and a part of the Omnicom group, Wolff Olins, to create a new brand identity.
Olins has been mandated to work on a new brand identity in its totality for Hero Honda, including brand architecture, name, logo and positioning.
The company also later roped in Law & Kenneth as a creative partner to launch and establish the new brand for the company. Law & Kenneth has been mandated to devise the new brand positioning of the company.
