In a world-wide survey report by Forrester Research, Inc, which evaluated 14 vendors including all the global giants in IT and some Indian vendors has ranked HCL Technologies Ltd''s infrastructure division as a ''strong performer'' in remote (offshore) infrastructure management in its global delivery infrastructure management scoreboard summary.
The results of the survey report, The Forrester Wave: Global Delivery Infrastructure Management, Q4 2005, released this month, focuses on the global delivery model of which remote infrastructure is an intrinsic part.
HCL''s infrastructure division was ranked higher in currents offerings and market presence than most global IT majors who have had decades of experience in total outsourcing services in global markets.
