Domino’s launches online ordering service

Thanks to an online ordering service launched nationally by Jubilant FoodWorks' Domino's Pizza customers can now click to order their favourite pizza as they surf the net from their home or office.
The service also comes with flexible payment options through credit card, debit card, net banking or mobile cash card.
Bill Desk is the payment gateway is the payment solution provider for the service.
According to Ajay Kaul, CEO, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, the company wants to deploy technology to make its brand more accessible.
He said the launch of an online ordering platform added a new dimension to convenience and experience of the ordering process.
Harneet Singh Rajpal, vice-president, marketing, Domino's Pizza India, said online ordering had been a huge success in other Domino's international markets and he was confident the success could be replicated in India. Using the system, customers would be able to save multiple addresses as also orders placed at different points of time, allowing choosing from past orders.
The platform is also integrated with social media networks such as Facebook and Yahoo, which allowed users their own login for registering on the site. The online service also comes with the promise of 30 minutes' free delivery Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd said in a filing with the stock exchanges today.
