jadooWorks' Ashish Kulkarni elected associate of IATAS

Bangalore: Ashish S Kulkarni, chief operating officer, jadooWorks Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore-based animation studio, has been unanimously elected as an associate of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (IATAS), US, for a period of two years with immediate effect.

The decision to this effect was taken by the board of directors of the academy in a meeting held at its headquarters in New York last month. IATAS is the division of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and is the largest organisation in the world of international broadcasters.

"Ashish is a respected professional in animation production and is responsible for the operations at jadooWorks. He helped establish the 2D and 3D studio and has successfully completed 20 animation projects in the two years since jadooWorks studio''s inception. We are proud of his appointment at IATAS," says jadooWorks CEO Rajiv Marwah.

Says Kulkarni: "I am delighted to associate with IATAS. I feel it''s a great honour for me and jadooWorks as well."
