Spice launches S7000 priced at Rs7,499

Spice Mobiles has announced the launch of its new touchscreen handset S-7000 in the Indian market.
The S-7000 features a 3.2-inch WQVGA touchscreen display and digital surround sound. As for connectivity solutions it offers Bluetooth and also supports networking applications like Facebook and Nimbuzz.
The company is positioning the phone as a video phone and claims that it supports all video formats. The phone support RMVB, FLV, WMV, AVI, MP4, 3GP, MOV, DAT and RM video formats.
It also has a 3.2 mega pixel camera for good quality pictures. The phone has an internal memory of 19MB which can be expanded to 16 GB. Users can save unlimited phone entries in the phonebook. The 880 mAh battery offers 220 hrs standby and 3.5 hrs talk time.
The Spice S-7000 is available in white colour and the company is offering one year limited warranty with the phone. It comes with a price tag of Rs. 7,499 in India.
Meanwhile Zen Mobile launched its first multimedia stylish and multi-faceted slider phone S10 with metallic body priced at Rs4999.
