Tata Photon Plus is product of the year: Nielsen survey

A survey by market research agency, A C Nielsen has adjudged Tata Teleservices' high speed mobile broadband service Tata Photon Plus as the product of the year under the wireless mobile broadband category.
''This survey, which was conducted across 30 cities and 30,000 target audience, has further helped us in evaluating how successful we have been in consistently evolving the product parallel to the changing demands of the customers,'' said Shashank Pore, head, marketing communication and VAS, Tata Teleservices Limited.
Tata Photon Plus allows customers to connect online for mails, downloads, large files uploads and photo sharing, offering a high speed of 3.1 Mbps.
It also allows users to send and receive SMS and is compatible with both laptops and desktop PCs.
Tata Teleservices, one of India's leading private telecom service providers, has a pan-India presence across all 22 telecom circles in the country.
