Talisma launches CRM suite

Bangalore: Talisma, a provider of multi channel customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, has introduced its latest v 6.0 CRM suite. The new version, according to the company, has enhanced features across chat, analytics, e-mail response, phone, self service and campaign services.
The chat service now supports joint browsing with a customer. This allows the customer service representatives of the user company to assist their clients in filling up forms and other activities.
Key developments for the Talisma CRM Suite include:
- Highly configurable, user-defined workspaces;
- Enhanced scalability supporting 2,000 concurrent users;
- Rapid extensibility to match an organisation's specific requirements through a custom object, event, and action framework;
- Increased e-marketing throughput of up to three lakh emails an hour per Xeon dual processor; up to one million emails per hour with 5 Xeon dual processors.
