Croma unveils new products at its stores

Croma's own brand of consumer durables and electronics has added a whole new range to its existing brand 'Handpicked by Croma', across select categories in their stores, pan India. The new product range was unveiled in Mumbai by Krishna Kumar, chairman, Infiniti Retail Ltd. & director, Tata Sons Ltd. in the presence of Ajit Joshi, managing director & CEO, Infiniti Retail Ltd.

A wide range of products that have hit the shelf are wine coolers, split air conditioners, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, blenders, kettles, toasters, mini massagers, blender choppers, laptops, IT accessories, and a host of products that cut across various product categories.

Speaking on the occasion, Ajit Joshi said, ''Croma's own brands of electronics are targeted at smart shoppers who look at quality products at the best possible price. The premise behind launching our own brand is to strengthen our philosophy of helping customers buy, by bringing in a carefully selected assortment that suits their requirement to the fullest. Our collection therefore is rightly called 'Handpicked by Croma'. These are premium quality, innovative and uniquely assorted products available only to Croma customers. Our well trained brand ambassadors guide customers on the product benefits and features to help them make informed decisions. We want to leave no stone unturned to give our discerning customers complete peace of mind and assurance that it's truly the 'Best Buy'.''

To further enhance its consumer engagement, Croma has also announced the Croma Advantage Programme, which offers many benefits ranging from a "no questions asked replacement" policy of upto one year across product categories and "repair replacement" warranty even on larger products like refrigerators and air conditioners and laptops and getting two years extended warranty at the cost of 1 year.

'Croma' branded products are available at all the Croma stores across India – Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengalooru, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, Hyderabad, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.
