Tata Realty to launch residential project in Kochi

Tata Realty And Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) today announced plans to develop a landmark residential project in Kochi, Kerala, marking its entry into the second major city in the south.
TRIL, a 100-per cent subsidiary of Tata Sons, said a team led by Ratanakar P Mahajan, vice president - business development, has chosen a centrally-located area in Kochi for the project.
The site is located on the Marine Drive, which is a high-end residential hub. This development will make maximum scenic view from all units possible, a press release issued by the company stated.
The neighborhood is a high-end residential hub situated close to the central business district of Kochi and enjoys excellent connectivity and proximity to the economic centers of the city, the release said.
The residential complex envisages 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments and also a row house for about 1,000 units. The various luxurious and modern facilities make this commune a state-of-the-art residential locale, TRIL said in a website release.
Besides, TRIL plans to develop IT SEZs for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) at eight locations all over India including Kochi and Trivandrum in Kerala.
