TCS, ST Electronics to deliver advance IT solutions to Asia Pacific Region

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) and Singapore Technologies Electronics Ltd (ST Electronics), the electronics arm of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd will partner together to market identified IT solutions developed jointly by the two companies in the Asia Pacific region. As part of the alliance, ST Electronics and TCS will work jointly on projects including e-government, communications, and logistics. ST Electronics' extensive mission-critical project experience and expertise will complement TCS' global expertise in software IT solutions implementation services.
Under a MoU signed between the two companies, TCS and ST Electronics will explore business opportunities in the Asia Pacific region focusing on key areas including e-government applications, fleet management and vehicle tracking systems, satellite communications solutions, public safety and emergency response systems, and intelligent transportation systems.
