Vodafone India has come up with a new plan for its prepaid users, under which customer will get 90 GB of 4G data for 6 months along with voice calling facility at Rs399.
The latest offer in the festival season market from Vodafone comes amidst a flurry of offers from telecom majors vying for a larger share of the country's telecom market.
Other telecom operators like Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio and Idea cellular are also coming up with several 'value for money' offers and tariff plans for their customers.
This plan is limited to the Vodafone prepaid users only. The data on offer could be 84 GB in some circles, with validity of 84 days, which in effect means 1GB data per day.
For the post-paid users, there is another plan that costs Rs499 - although there are reports of some users getting discount of Rs100 if they talk to customer care - that gives the same benefit. This plan too offers 1GB data per day for 3 months along with unlimited calls. Interested customers can call at 9582566666, reports the Hindustan Times.
Under its Rs399 plan, Jio offers users up to 84GB of 4G data for 84 days. Users will have a daily FUP limit of 1GB. Along with the 84GB data, Jio also offers unlimited voice calling facility both local and STD. It also provides free SMS service and access of all the Jio apps, including Jio Movies, JioTV, JioCinema, JioMusic, JioGames and so on.
Meanwhile, Airtel under its Rs399 plan, offers 84GB of 4G data for 84 days, with a daily FUP limit of 1GB. It also offers unlimited local and STD voice calling facility.
Jio, meanwhile, has announced a Diwali offer for its users. Called the new Dhan Dhana Dhan offer, this offers Jio Prime users who recharge before 19 October 100 per cent cash back on the Rs399 recharge.
