Azim Premji in talks for JVs in Ajman

Industrialist Azim Premji, chairman of Wipro, one of India's largest IT companies, is discussing the establishment of joint ventures with the ruler of Ajman, one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates.
Premji is on a visit to Ajman to strengthen technological ties between the Gulf countries and India.
Premji and Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, ruler of Ajman, on Tuesday discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and establish joint ventures.
Wipro, based in Bangalore, employs over 108,000 people. It also has interests in consumer care and healthcare businesses.
