Pak Army blocks Indian trucks at trade point

The Pakistan Army has refused to allow trucks carrying goods from India to cross the trade point on the Line of Control at Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir amidst whipped up tension over the killing of 2 Indian soldiers and continued ceasefire violations by Pakistan.
Pakistani soldiers at the Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point did not open gates to the trade center at Rawalakote as 25 trucks carrying goods for Pak-occupied Kashmir reached the gate after clearance at the trade facilitation centre (TFC).
The Pakistan army also conveyed this to Indian Army authorities at the point.
Reports said a total of 65 trucks are now lined up waiting to move into POK from Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point. Most of these trucks are carrying perishable goods, particularly vegetables.
Border trade has become the casualty in the row over border violations by Pakistan that has now taken the lives of two Indian soldiers.
This is the second time that the Pakistan Army refused to open the LoC gates for trade during the past 8 months.
