Punj Lloyd secures order from RIDCOR worth Rs302 crore

Punj Lloyd Ltd been awarded Rs302-crore order from RIDCOR (Road Infrastructure Development Company of Rajasthan Ltd ) project for integrated improvement cum performance-based maintenance on Lalsot to Kota Road in Rajasthan (IJ-1).
The project involves widening of the 195km stretch of existing road to two lanes with a total width of 10.5 meters including hard shoulders. While the improvement work is expected to be completed within 21 months from the start date, maintenance will take another 60 months after the improvement work completion date.
Atul Punj, chairman and managing director, Punj Lloyd said, "We are already executing three other RIDCOR projects valued at Rs593 crore. With this project, Punj Lloyd has to its credit four highways projects in Rajasthan. This reiterates the confidence of our clients in our competencies".
