Mumbai: Direct selling major Amway India has got into an alliance with ICICI Bank for the launch of a co-branded international credit card.

The card will enable Amway distributors to purchase Amway products and earn and redeem reward points. The ICICI Amway credit card will be made available at 62 locations across India.

Says Amway India director (distributor relations and marketing) Stephen Beddoe: "The card will enable Amway's 350,000-plus active distributors to earn incentive points that will determine the total bonus earnings of an Amway distributor."

Amway's current product range includes personal care, home care, cosmetics, nutrition and wellness, agriculture-based products and soft toys. Later this year, the company proposes to launch Nutrilite Iron and Folic.

Other products on the launch block are Persona family soap and deodorants, and a new brand of cosmetic products developed for the Indian market. The cosmetics brand will be priced at one-fifth the price of Artistry, Amway's super-premium cosmetics brand.
