ICRA arm, Dun & Bradstreet in Philippines joint venture

Mumbai: ICRA Management Consulting Services Ltd (IMaCS), a unit of credit rating agency ICRA Ltd, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dun & Bradstreet Philippines Inc (DBP) to provide advisory and consultancy services in the Philippines.
ICRA Management Consulting Services and Dun & Bradstreet Philippines Inc would jointly offer advisory services to banks, corporates, government organisations, investors and multilateral agencies in the Philippines, ICRA said in a statement issued to the Bombay Stock exchange (BSE).
Dun & Bradstreet Philippines is a joint venture between financial information publisher, Dun & Bradstreet and Filipino Stock Holders.
DBP is a multi-line management consulting company with experience in over 30 countries across the globe. It offers strategy consulting, risk analytics, process consulting, development consulting, and transaction advisory services in banking and finance, energy, transportation, government, manufacturing and services.
"IMaCS is pleased to partner with DBP to offer management consulting services in the rapidly growing economy. Going forward, I foresee good demand for consulting services in the areas of strategy, risk analytics, and development consulting coming from the banking, infrastructure, and technology sectors in the Philippines," IMaCS managing director Raghuttama Rao said.
