The probe panel headed by IIT-Delhi professor A K Nagpal has found serious deficiency in the design and the cantilever arm, Reddy said, adding, that the concrete used in the construction was also not of adequate strength.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will also blacklist its design consultants and crack down on some senior officials.
