TVH’s, Rs 800-crore Aurora Township to offer premium properties in Coimbatore

Leading property developer TVH, has launched a Rs800 crore residential and integrated township project in Coimbatore city.
Aurora Township, as the township will be named is would be built to offer premium villas, high-rise residences, malls as also shopping centres and 1600-seat, eight-screen multiplexes, according to, True Value Homes (TVH) chairman N Ravichandran. He was speaking to reporters in Coimbatore today.
Vista Heights, the residential apartments would be constructed over two phases of 800 apartments with one, two, three and four-bedroom units of 500 to4,000 square feet, he said.
He added there would also be 40 villas spread across four-and-a-half acres.
The township project would cover 18 lakh square feet including 7 lakh square feet of both mall and commercial buildings to be completed in five years he said.
Ravichandran said that 400 residential apartments would completed in the first phase in 21 months while the rest would be completed in five years.
He added that Vista Heights would offer facilities like joggers tracks, spa, gym and playground for children. He said the company would be going for a 'green building category' rating from a leading agency.
