Bates 141 promotes Dheeraj Sinha as regional planning director

Dheeraj Sinha, chief strategy officer, Bates 141 India has been promoted to regional planning director.
Sinha will continue to be based in Mumbai and will work with offices across Bates' network, reporting to Tim Isaac, regional chairperson.
In his new role, Sinha will be responsible for the development and management of a top calibre planning community, delivering business-anchored thought leadership and driving the agency's reputation at creative and effectiveness awards.
He will be an integral part of the regional leadership team, working alongside Isaac, Sonal Dabral, regional executive creative director, and David Meredith, managing partner. Sinha will also work closely with the country heads on new business and brand opportunities.
"Sinha is keen to work on a larger canvas, to be involved where it is most needed, to be helpful to the network and our planning community. I am positive that he will rise up to this leadership challenge to play a significant role in helping us achieve our business vision and goals," said Isaac.
Sinha had joined Bates 141 in 2005. He recently launched his book, ''Consumer India: Inside the Indian Mind and Wallet.''
