JWT Mumbai ropes in Lowe’s Tarun Chauhan as senior vice president and managing partner

Lowe Lintas India's president, Tarun Chauhan has joined the Mumbai wing of JWT as senior vice president and managing partner.
He replaces Dhunji Wadia, who had quit the agency in May, and will be responsible for heading the Mumbai branch operations.
Chauhan had a nine-year stint with Lowe, after joining the agency in 2002.
He was appointed the vice president at Lowe Mumbai in 2007, and executive director later.
It was in May 2010 that he was handed the role of the vice president of Lowe Lintas India for all businesses barring the Unilever account.
Prior to joining Lowe, Chauhan was with Thompson Connect that has now been integrated with JWT.
He has worked for agencies including Mudra, Saatchi and Saatchi and MAA Bozell.
