Kejriwal alleges `nexus’ between DLF and Haryana govt

Continuing his allegations against Robert Vadra, son-in-law of Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi, anti-corruption crusader Arvind Kejriwal today alleged a mala fide nexus between real estate firm DLF and the Haryana government that directly benefited Vadra.
He said DLF had given Robert Vadra 50 per cent stake in the company's outfit that was given permission for a special economic zone (SEZ), which he sold back to DLF after a year.
"If this does not prove the link then what does," he asked.
Kejriwal said the Haryana government allotted the Rs1,750 crore worth of land to DLF on the clause that it was the only company that had experience in making a golf course.
"Unitech and County Heights' bids were higher but were ignored," apparently on this flimsy clause, he revealed.
He also said the Congress government in Haryana acquired the land illegally, saying it was for public purpose.
