Nishad Ramachandran has been promoted to head iContract, the one-to-one communication division of Contract Advertising, pan India. Prior to this he was vice-president and group creative director at iContract.

Ramachandran will now handle the agency's creative and managerial departments including CRM, new media, internet, interactive and direct marketing.

Ramachandran has 12 years experience and started his career with Contract Bangalore, then he had stints with SSC&B Lintas as senior creative director. He joined iContract in 2004.

With offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi, Ramachandran has confirmed that they were on the lookout for new resources. He, however, refused to divulge further details.
