Former Lintas chairman and managing director Prem Mehta has joined UTV Software as an independent non-executive director.
Mehta has experience with Unilever and Proctor & Gamble.
Bimal Kumar becomes business head, Rediffusion Y&R Mumbai
Bimal Kumar Sahoo is now business head Mumbai at Rediffusion Y&R . His duties will involve looking after Singapore Tourism Board, Airtel, Bank of India, IOCL and Marico businesses.
Sahoo was with TBWA India, Mumbai.
