Rajesh Chaddha appointed as director-production Endemol India

Endemol India has appointed Rajesh Chaddha as director-production and operations. He will report to Deepak Dhar, country head, Endemol India, the Indian subsidiary of entertainment programming major, which has an international network of companies that spans 25 countries on five continents.
Chaddha joins from BAG Films where he was senior vice president. He has been with BAG Films since last 14 years.
In January 2006, Endemol started producing programs from Mumbai. The company's most successful program to date, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge on Star One, has already completed four seasons.
In August this year, the company launched Bigg Boss 2, the second season of the India's version of the popular worldwide format Big Brother for Colors. Endemol India's first venture into fiction was a drama titled Miley Jab Hum Tum, based on the hopes and aspirations of six college students, which is scheduled to air on STAR One. Recently, Endemol produced Fear Factor-Khatron Ke Khiladi for Colors.
Other Endemol formats that have aired on Indian television include Deal Ya No Deal and Fear Factor India, both of which were produced for Sony Entertainment Television.
Endemol's companies around the world have creative teams that are continuously developing new formats and entertainment brands, which are shared across the Endemol network. Over the last five years they have on average created approximately 100 new formats each year. Endemol has a library of over 2200 non-scripted formats and more than 200 scripted titles.
