Ravi Kiran ends 11-year association with Starcom MediaVest Group

Ravi Kiran, CEO, South East and South Asia, Starcom MediaVest Group and CEO, Asia, specialist services, Starcom MediaVest Group has quit the agency after a 11-year association.
Kiran had joined Starcom in 1998 as general manager, tactics and investment. He was appointed the managing director, India - South and West and later appointed CEO of the organisation.
He was with Lintas India and later its media agency, Initiative for eight years before joining Starcom.
Kiran, an MBA graduate from FMS, Delhi, will continue in his current position at Starcom till the end of 2010. Starcom meanwhile is hunting for a successor from both internal and external candidates.
