Sameer Chadha replaces Paul Riley as CEO Barclays Shared Services

New Delhi: Barclays Shared Services (BSS), the wholly-owned support and services subsidiary of Barclays Bank PLC, has announced the appointment of its chief operating officer Sameer Chadha as the company's CEO, replacing Paul Riley who has moved to another role within the Barclays Group.
Chadha, who joined Barclays Shared Services in April 2008 as the COO, has close to 20 years of experience, predominantly in financial services and worked with Lehman Brothers before joining BSS in its initial stages.
He is a chartered accountant and has a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi.
