Samrat Dasgupta promoted to regional creative director at Lowe

Creative director Samrat Dasgupta has been promoted to regional creative director to handle Unilever's ice-cream business, Walls.
The global Unilever ice-cream business is handled out of Madrid.
Dasgupta will be based in Bangkok and report to Pablo Monzon, global creative director, Lowe, Madrid.
Dasgupta began his career as a copywriter with Euro RSCG, Delhi, in 1999, moving to the Mumbai office of h agncy in 2002.
He joined Lowe in 2003 before joining Bates for a year and eventually returned to Lowe to handle Unilever Foods (Kissan Amaze) and Hair (Clinic Plus) across Asia.
He is currently also handling the India leg of the Unilever ice-cream business (Kwality Walls) and Pepsodent.
