Shyam Srinivasan is new Standard Chartered consumer banking head as Murali Natrajan moves to Singapore

Mumbai: Standard Chartered Bank has appointed Shyam Srinivasan as country head, consumer banking. Srinivasan assumes this responsibility after heading the consumer banking business in Malaysia.
He takes over from Murali M. Natrajan who moves to Singapore as global value stream head, SME.
Srinivasan holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, a post graduate diploma in management from , Calcutta and recently completed the Leadership Development programme from London Business School.
He has been a member of the global executive forum of Standard Chartered since 2004.
Srinivasan has considerable experience of the Indian market, having managed the unsecured credit business in India in the recent past.
