Sonjoy Chatterjee joins Goldman Sachs as Co-CEO, India

Goldman Sachs today announced that Sonjoy Chatterjee will join the firm as a managing director and co-chief executive officer of its India business alongside L. Brooks Entwistle.

Chatterjee joins Goldman Sachs from ICICI Bank where he was executive director on the board since 2007. Earlier, he was managing director and CEO of ICICI Bank UK.

Chatterjee has a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a master's degree in business administration from IIM, Bangalore.
