Sundeep Sharma appointed country head, Motivator, as Rajul Kulshreshtha moves over as MD, Kinetic

Kinetic, the OOH arm of GroupM, has appointed Rajul Kulshreshtha as the managing director of the arm. He replaces Madhuri Sapru who had quit the agency in September.
Kulshreshtha's earlier post as the managing director of Motivator, GroupM's media agency, will now be taken over by Sundeep Sharma.
Sharma will take over as the country head of the arm, and will report into Ajit Varghese, managing director, Maxus. He was the general manager, Motivator earlier and has over 21 years of experience.
In his new role, Kulshreshtha will be responsible to scale up the OOH plans of Kinetic.
Kulshreshtha has been with GroupM for the past six years. He was appointed as the managing director of Motivator in 2006, where he spearheaded the media agency's pan-India business.
Prior to that, he handled the LG account as general manager for two years.
Kulshreshtha has worked with agencies like Universal McCann, ZenithOptimedia Indonesia, CNBC Singapore.
Kinetic, a part of the WPP Group, was formed in 2005 to cater to the OOH sector. In India, Kinetic is the parent company of two OOH agency brands - Portland and Poster Publicity.
