Dr Arun Ranade selected for ''spirit of Mastek'' award

Dr Arun J Ranade has received the IT Firm mastek''s Spirit
of Mastek award. He has been a pioneer in humanising the
social sector in the field of community and public health
for the last 30 years. The award is given out every year
to outstanding individuals who make a difference to people''s
lives.
In
the aftermath of the Mumbai floods, Dr Ranade, was instrumental
in organising over 20 blood donation camps at the time
of scarcity of medical aid to sick and injured citizens.
