K V Sridhar to talk about future of advertising at Taipei Film Festival

National creative director, Leo Burnett India, K V Sridhar, more popularly known as Pops has been invited to speak at the 4th Taipei International Film Festival commencing on 9 September 2009.
Pops has been invited to this two-day event as one of the seven most respected creative leaders, to talk about the 'Future of Advertising Creativity'. The theme of the festival is ''Culture – the future of advertising creativity,'' discussing how different cultures influence the presentation of advertising in different countries.
Veteran creative directors from a variety of international advertising firms will speak on the influences of culture on the creative design of commercials, and how to transform culture into a creative vocabulary.
The event will feature the top seven advertising masters from the agencies across the globe. During the festival, the honorary lecturers will share their implicit knowledge, experiences and perspectives on the future of advertising creativity, regional and global advertising synergy and creative strategy on the whole. More so, the speakers will also present some select award winning advertising campaigns as a case study and will share their thoughts on creating many such successful campaigns.
This year, the festival's theme is centered on the 'Future of Advertising Creativity'.
Other speakers will include, Digby Richards (CEO Asia Pacific, Bates 141), Mark Ingrouille (South East Asia regional director, McCann Erickson), Natalie Lam (regional creative director Asia Pacific, Ogilvy & Mather), Sosuke Koyama (Shanghai planning director, Publicis Group), KV Sridhar (national creative director, Leo Burnett India), Kishi Yuki (creative director, Dentsu), Dirk Eschenbacher (CEO, creative director Asia Pacific, Doyle Dane Bernbach).
