Ingersoll Rand appoints Madhusudan Rao as chief financial officer

Ingersoll Rand has appointed Madhusudan Rao as Chief Financial Officer and India Controller for the company with immediate effect.
Rao brings on board over 30 years of rich experience in varied industries such as manufacturing, high technology R&D, and financial services both in India and abroad. He has been associated with Ingersoll Rand Group in India at senior management level since September 2012.
Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand group, he was finance director with Northern Trust Bank.
Rao has also worked as CFO with Fidelity Business and was a CFO of GE India Technology Centre and other companies within GE.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He is also holds a certified master black belt in six sigma quality.
